What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it and how to tell us to stop. In plain words, because a page that answers the question is the whole point of what we do.

Who we are
AbleFind is a Generative Engine Optimization agency working with med spas and aesthetic clinics in the United States. For anything on this page, write to hello@ablefind.co and a person will answer.
We work with businesses, not patients. We never ask for, want or knowingly hold patient records, medical information or anything a clinic holds about the people it treats.
What we collect.
When you visit
Pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser, and the link that sent you here. Collected through cookies and similar tools, including the Meta pixel described below.
When you ask for an audit
Your name, business email, phone number, your clinic's website and how many locations it has — whether you tell us on this site or through a form on Facebook or Instagram.
When we email you first
Business contact details drawn from public sources: your clinic's website, its public listings and public business directories. Business information only, never personal or home details.
Advertising and the Meta pixel
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. This site carries the Meta pixel, which tells Meta that a browser visited a page here or booked an implementation session. Meta uses that to show our ads to people who have visited, to avoid showing them to people who already booked, and to measure whether an ad worked.
We also run lead forms inside Facebook and Instagram. If you complete one, Meta passes us what you filled in, and we use it only to build your audit and arrange your implementation session.
To control this at the source, use Meta's ad preferences, or your browser's cookie controls. Blocking the pixel does not change anything we will do for you.
Analytics and booking
We use standard website analytics to see which pages are read. Implementation sessions are booked through a third-party scheduler, which collects your name, email and the time you picked so the meeting can exist.
Audits
To build your AI visibility audit we ask public AI assistants and search engines questions about your category and city, and we read your public website. Everything an audit is built from is public. The finished audit goes to you.
Why we are allowed to do this
We process business contact details to introduce a business service to a business that may want it — a legitimate interest, and one you can end at any time by replying or unsubscribing. Everything else here we do because you asked us to, or because we need it to run the service and meet our obligations.

The booking tool and the services that send our email.
Nobody else
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and audits: three years from our last conversation, so we can pick up where we left off. Client records: as long as we work together, and seven years after that for tax and accounting. Website analytics: no more than two years. Suppression lists — the record that you asked us not to contact you — we keep permanently, because that is the only way to honour it.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Tell us not to contact you again and we will add you to our suppression list the same day. If you are in California, you have these rights under the CCPA, including the right not to be treated differently for using them; we do not sell or share personal information as those words are defined there. One email to hello@ablefind.co starts any of this, and we answer within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies that make the site work, cookies that count visits, and the Meta pixel's advertising cookies. Your browser can block or clear any of them. The site will still work.
Children
This is a service for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. If a change is significant and we have your email, we will tell you.
